Warranty conditions

 We provide a 3 to 5 year warranty on all Huacrown server equipment. The warranty period depends on the specific model and is stated in the warranty agreement you received when you purchased it.

If a problem occurs

Contact our technical support. We will quickly perform a remote diagnosis. If a replacement is required, we will arrange it at our expense. No hidden strings, no red tape.

We perform the diagnosis the same day we receive the request. If the device is located at the workplace, we will connect via Anydesk, RDP or IPMI. If you do not use remote access, we will provide other convenient methods. We do everything we can to ensure that you do not waste time and that your business is not put on hold.

How we resolve warranty cases

If a fault is confirmed, we will send a working replacement component or server from the nearest warehouse. You won’t have to wait for factory shipments — we maintain stock on hand. Shipping will be handled by express courier and the cost will be covered by us.

In most cases, delivery may take slightly longer, but we will inform you of the estimated timeframe in advance and keep you updated at every stage. You won’t be left in the dark — no matter what, we will provide a replacement.

Once you receive the replacement, you must return the faulty item to us within 15 business days. We will provide a tracking number and clear instructions — the process is straightforward and hassle-free. There will be no penalties or score deductions. Our goal is to solve the problem, not to assign blame.

What the warranty covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, malfunctions, component failures, and power supply problems using appropriate infrastructure. We take care of the entire technical and logistical work from analysis to replacement.

The warranty is void if:

  • The housing, textolite, connectors are damaged or have traces of soldering;
  • The device has been powered by a mining power supply, a low-quality power supply, or an unsuitable power supply;
  • Liquids, dust, insects, or foreign objects have entered;
  • The device has been flashed with a third-party BIOS or has been modified;
  • The serial number or seal (if any) has been removed or damaged.

In all other cases, we are on your side.

Data security

Before replacing the device, we recommend that you make a backup. We do not copy, store, or restore your data. This is your responsibility. To ensure that everything goes smoothly, please delete your personal information before sending the device.
